End of the Year Journal Project

December 4, 2014

inspired by oprah

As the end of the year is fast approaching, these last few weeks tend to put me in a reflective mood – what have I accomplished, where have I traveled, what was my favorite meal I ate… I guess I am not the only one as my sister recently passed along this article. Of course this inspiration comes from, who else, but Oprah, and I loved the idea of a guided journal entry to wrap up the year (and let’s be honest, starting with a blank page can be daunting, I need all the extra help I can get!). I have just started to tackle this list – starting with my favorite question, what would younger you like about present you. My younger self would be in awe that I have launched a clothing line with my sister (and that me and my sister get along!), I have been able to travel some amazing places around the world, became a yoga teacher, and actually love to cook coming from a household growing up where Hamburger Helper was gourmet! I invite you to join us in this journal project – we would love to hear you answers to you favorite question on this list! Happy journalling!

Here are the simplified journal questions, but you can find the full article and question descriptions from the original article here.
