After a heavy weekend like this last one, getting back into the daily grind can seem a lot harder. Fitting in a short meditation in the am or pm can help you reboot and shift negative energy into positive energy. If you have never meditated before or it’s been a while, check out our post about Demystifying Meditation for some great tips. The Chopra Center has a number of different free guided meditations in varying length as well that are great to help ease yourself into a meditation practice. Taking just a few moments to completely disconnect and reconnect to a deeper sense of self can help to calm your mind when feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
